I placed my ordre online on 25th August and my account said expected delivery date was 31st August.

I've not had any phone calls or e-mails or contact whatsoever but when I look at my account online the washer says it is awaiting uplift from the store but the patio cleaner still says it is processing.

Has anyone else came across this problem?

I had the same thing, print out your original email receipt and take some id to the store but i think that you will have to wait a while longer for the patio washeer.

They have a pile of about 5 of the pressure washers in my woolies, priced at 14.99, but I can see nothing about patio cleaner and I cannot see them in store.
  • Whilst visiting Leytonstone (London) today popped into Woollies and they had about five pressure washers left (Well four now cos I bought one) for £14.99.

They had loads of patio cleaners for £9,99 but the Manager refused to give me one free with the washer. Never mind, I'm very pleased with the washer for £14.99. Thanks OP

My account said the same thing but when I went instore to collect the two items were packaged together but only the pressure washer invoice number was showing. I am really pleased with it.
  • I picked up mines today from the Kilburn branch. The staff were so nice and a lad offered to carry it to my car for me- now that's great service.
They had about secen washers instore for £14.99 and the patio cleaners were being sold seperately.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Is the patio washer meant to have wheels ? I cannot figure out how else it could move. Everytime I use it the damn thing struggles to move and just flips over.
  • hey, this may be a daft question - but do the washer requires a hose connection or does it have its own tank?

if it requires a hose connection then how are people especially in London going to use it due to the hose ban?

Surely the pressure of the water jet would be enough to lift it off the ground?

Yes, it does require a hose to be connected.

We'll just have to wait for the ban to be lifted ;)

Had a trial run with it last night and very pleased with it. I thought that at the price the pressure may have been a little 'flimsy', but no such problem.

The patio cleaning attachment I also found to be awkward to use without it flipping over or around - maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks once again to the op - a real bargain.
