Quick spinach question

Can I resow for successional harvesting (prob gonna regret this as Im drowning in it at the mo)

    You can do, but spinach doesn't like to be too hot, so a summer sowing may bolt more easily. Pick a shady, cooler spot if you can. Early autumn is a good time for re-sowing. I normally do a lot of spinach in spring as, steamed & wilted down, it freezes so well in blocks. A huge volume of spinach takes up hardly any freezer room if you do this.
