Washing machine

I have had a new replacement machine from Domgen, which is only 6 days old, from the day it was delivered there have been various problems with it, the latest one being the On/Off button not working so machine has to be switched off from mains. I have contacted Domgen to arrange another replacement as I do not think it is acceptable to have a repair on a 6 day old machine, Domgen say speak with Whirlpool, Whirlpool say speak with Domgen Consumer Direct say it is Domgen's duty to sort out the replacement, Domgen are still saying it is Whirlpool, while all this blaming each other stuff is going on , I still have a knackered washing machine, has anyone else had a similar problem and how did you get it resolved.
Thanks.

The responsibility lies with the retailer, and DomGen is acting as a retailer in this instance, so your issue is with them, not the manufacturer.0
