ASOS - What to do?

I have been trying to contact ASOS.com for over 3 weeks now & not once have they bothered to reply  They have sent me a womans pair of shorts worth about £5, not the £40 mens top I ordered and also have not refunded me for a pair of jeans I returned & I know have been delivered. I have sent three emails, a fax, tried calling their london office (took ages to find the number as well) & have sent a letter also. What else can I do? I paid by debit card so I can't do a chargeback. I have used them for years & always been impressed with them so I don't know what is going on

Have you tried speaking to Consumer Direct or Trading Standards to see what they say?
Is your bank unable to do a chargeback - cant they do anything when its a debit card? You could always explain the situation and see what they suggest doing next!
You could try calling their bluff by saying that if they dont respond either with payment or a response by date x then you will start procedings in the small claims court?!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
You could try writing to the MD Nick Robertson.
They did loose a lot of their stock in the Hemel Hempstead fire but have apparantly recovered.

Thanks for all the replies, I have spoken to my bank & they say there isn't much they can do. I would need to go to my branch and make a complaint & the whole process could take months, the guy on the phone didn't sound very hopeful
I will stick to mt credit card I think! Think the next step is to write to them again stating I want a reply within 7 days otherwise I'm off to take action
Thanks again

They set the stock loose?
Was it an animal rights thing or what? The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.
