need advice to fitting of outside tap, have one at the back of my property but would like one at the front, there is no water services in the house near, but have the mains supply in the front garden. can this be used as a tee off point?

Yes if it after the water meter(if you have 1)
It seems a lot of trouble to did a very large hole, as the pipe will be 30" below ground leval.
Can you not feed a pipe under the floor(ground floor) or have 1 under the floorboards and dropdown the wall.
Remember to install an isolation valve,to turn off in winter and fitt a double check-valve.0
