Open Uni help

After dropping out of uni last year i've decided to start over with the open uni. I have a couple of problems though.
I completed 105 credits but haven't recieved anything from the uni for this despite phoning them asking for proof of my results. I finished in May 2009 so they've had a year to get it sorted, I know its partly my fault for not following them up but how difficult is it to send proof.
Would it be worth chasing this up so I could go straight into level 2? Or do I have to complete 120 credits before starting any level 2?
The level 1 course I want to do doesn't start until November and i don't want to wait until April to start level 2.
I work full time and will be starting an NVQ very soon, would i be stupid to try and do it full time?
My job isn't a typical 9-5, hours vary every week but around the 40 mark term time and 60 during holidays. I will be able to study in work which will help a lot.
Any advice?

Do you mean the OU or the NVQ? If you mean the OU, even if you do 120 credits a year you won't be classed as a full time student.0 -
It is not essential for you to apply for your credit transfer straight away as you can start level 2 with the OU at any time. If you want to apply for credit transfer it may not be appropriate for you to do any level 1 courses (this will depend on degree you want to do and amount of credit transfer). While you don't need to apply for credit transfer straight away it will help you to plan your studies if you know what exemption you're awarded, so probably better to try and sort it out sooner rather than later.
The OU are very twitchy about people taking 120 credits a year, even experienced OU students have to answer questions regarding their ability to study at that level, so don't be surprised if they seem reluctant to let you study 120 credits.0
