I entered about 12.02 today, probably too soon but it's really hard to gauge how many people are entering, especially at this early point in the competition!!

I noticed the site was quick but wondered if maybe it was a different server or something they're using now they've seen the kind of destruction we all cause to their website by refreshing at once? :eek: :rotfl:

entered mine at 12.17. tried to be tactical but now thinking i was too late! it's a shame they don't show us a table of usernames and how far down the list we were

I had to go out and didn't get in until 12.15 - thought I was well too late but then saw the 100th answer thing so I gave it a go - probably the 1000th by that time though!

Yeah, I though that too - pretty much every other time the site's messed up when I've tried to submit or I've messed up by submitting the wrong answer!

I've always wondered about thread views, do you think it adds a new view everytime you refresh the page? So with all of us on here refreshing at 12 and 4 everyday (and various times in between!) to see if anyone's posted the answer/winner etc, would add a lot of views on?

Edited to add: I've just tested that theory but it didn't change the number, so I guess not, wow, that's a lot of thread views in that case!!
