Not a trick, but is debateable.

From our point of view anti-clockwise, but from the windmill's point of view won't it be clockwise??

It does NOT say .... As you look At the farmhouse, which way is the windmill turning .... it just asks which way is it turning !!!

And its turning anti clockwise, you can see that you are looking at the front of it, as the bit ( im sure there is a technical term) that steers it into the wind is behind.
