    I sent a (very polite) email to Warburtons following the 4.00pm comp and have just received this reply from them:

    Thank you for your email

    I am sorry you are experiencing problems with the competition site. Our IT Department have been working on improving the performance of the site so
    hopefully the problems have now been resolved but in the unlikely event you
    do continue to experience problems please let me know

    Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention and good luck
    with the competition
