Divorce and Houses

My boyfriend is getting a divorce from his ex and she has asked him to get the house they lived in together revalued now as she doesn't believe he gave her enough money when he brought her out the mortgage which is now in his name only.
Is she entitled to do this as they are still married? She owns a house can he ask her to get this valued again too?
Surely if she agreed to be brought out she can't expect extra cash if house prices keep rising until the divorce goes through?

Unless there are offspring involved I though the starting point was 50/50 of all assets.
I also thought any agreement had to be rubber stamped by the court so anything agreed can be altered up to that point.0 -

The paperwork signed when the deeds were transfered should certainly have stated that she would have no further interest in the property.

If they are still married then she still has a claim on the marital home....but in return he can claim on her assets. He needs to get to a solicitor and get the divorce proceedings started or do them HIMSELF.....He also needs to get a consent order sorted too otherwise she will continue coming back for more.0

He is going through the divorce, they are doing it themselves without solicitors as far as I know which seems a bit odd as they do have two children but get on fairly well there, he has them every other weekend and two nights each week.
I think I am worrying about this more than he is but I just can't imagine not having paperworks on it, he doesn't seem to have much when I ask him.
What is a consent order? EDIT: Just looking on Wikivorce about these....Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Who is divorcing who?....He should have a copy of the forms that have been submitted to the court....There should be a letter from the court with the case reference....He will receive a document at the nisi stage which can then be used to apply fro absolute at 6wks and a day...The finances are different documents...There should be one which discloses each parties assets and liabilities...A Consent Order will be drawn up from these disclosures and stamped by the court...Until you get to this stage them both parties have claim on each others assets0
