            No the couple have not got together
 more money gone as her car was damaged as she cannot park in the tennants car park as she cannot get a permit ???told she had to go halves for a fridge and washing maching (both built in units)and now half for all bills as well
 currently spent £49000

 Wow, she's a real sticker, isn't she? More than 5 months into a dodgy tenancy and has burned through just under a grand a month for a £300pcm rental.
 Perhaps the intermediate landlord (her fellow tenant) is keeping the cash cow sweet.
 Have you told her that it's the landlord's responsibility to repair and replace appliances? And have you asked her how the terms of the tenancy has managed to evolve from £300 including all bills to £300 excluding all bills?0

 Except she doesn't actually feel exploited and must be enjoying living there.
 Looks like the party won't be over until she wises up about how she is subsidising her flatmate's lifestyle or she has squandered all her savings and even possibly gone into debt.
 Is this a flat that likes to party or is she in a relationship with the mesne landlord? there must be some fun if she doesn't mind the expense!0
