Restaurants in London using Gourmet Society/Taste Of London cards

Evening everyone.
OH and myself are coming to London this saturday for 2 nights. We have a gourmet society card and a taste of london card!!
Have been looking on both websites for restaurants for sat and sun night, and are overwhelmed with the choices....
So was hoping to pick some brains.
Any recommendations on good eateries please?
On the saturday evening we will be in the vicinity of Madam Tussards and our hotel is in Bloomsbury, so any ideas for these areas? Like pretty much anything apart from fish/seafood.
On Sunday we will have been on the London Eye in the evening so this area or again Bloomsbury.
Appreciate any help, ta x
