Provisional License - proof of identity
Hi,
My 17 year old daughter is applying on line for her prov lic and paid the £50.
Her passport has expired but looking on line she can send her birth certificate with a school record or college or university union card.
she attends a local college but doesn't have a union card.
Has anyone used this method to get their driving lic?

actually just checked again and they will accept a nat insur card ( even though it says on it: this is not proof of identity!)
