Claiming credit card ppi and charges

Just wondering i have been contacted by a company that says it can claim my cradet card ppi back and charges also saying they can clear my credit card balance because they have breached there contract details! Yes they want a percentage and a charge of £300! Is there any one out there that has used a company like this and if so how did they get on?? Because if they can clear my credit card it would be worth doing but how can they clear it ???? because i am sick to the back teeth of been shafted by egg the robbing b#####ds cheers taffX:cool:
