I have a laser printer magicolour 5430d the problem that i have is the paper keeps getting jammed the printer is only 3 years old and has only printed 400 pages not all at once, i have been printing on transfer paper supplied by magic touch used the correct settings and tray but still have the same trouble,Has any one any idea how to get the jammed paper out of the top rollers as the paper has rolled around the roller and i can not unroll it also i can not find out where i can or if i can release the rollers to make it easier.
