TIP: Do not go food shopping on an empty stomach...if you eat before you go so you don't feel hungry, you won't put as much in your trolley
Was debt free... then went travelling!0 -
A lot of the food in Lidl and Aldi seems to be from the Continent and they don't always seem to be as strict with showing calorie/fat content etc as we are in the UK, in my experience. This makes it a bit harder to work out WW points. But where there's a will there's a way I guess!! :rolleyes:Emmzi wrote:If you are signed up to WW online you can work out the 'points' in all Lidl food on the online calculator, as the products have the calories and fat etc on them, usually.0 -
Do not, I repeat do not, buy anything that is not on the list - a carefully planned list that is, after menu planning!0

Incidentally, well done Emmzi for remembering farmfoods, as Ive often seen the WWs mini cheesecakes and other treats in the 2 for a quid freezer at the one near me

This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
