fos agreed that LLOYDS TSB to pay

Hi

I have been succesfull in FOS agreeing that LLOYDS TSB should repay ppi on two credit cards however it is approaching the two weeks provided to them to reply and they have not yet replied - has anyone else experienced this. I understand if they do not reply it gets referred to the ombudsman.

Has anyone else had similar problems with them?

thanks:j

Hi and welcome and Well done.

Yes there are lots of us on here that been in the same situation with Lloyds via FOS.
What they will do is give them a certain timescale to get back to agree or not, if they hear nothing then your case will then be moved on to the ombudsman himself, the ombudsman mostly agree to the adjudicators decision.
However, if it goes this far, you will also be entitled to further redress compensation for distress and inconvience.

    Good luck.;)
