Web Forwarding with Free Email Hosting?

Hi guys

I look after a website for my local football team and currently use Heart Internet for the Domain name and another company for the hosting account (Penguin Internet).

I no longer need the hosting as pitchero (the cms tool we now use) host the files etc for free so thinking of cancelling the hosting account. However I do use about 4 domain name email addresses and want to keep them.

Can anyone recommend a (reliable) company that will offer free webforwarding and email hosting please.

I use google applications standard edition - free. It's not e-mail forwarding as such, it's a bit like google mail but for your own domain name and you can have up to 50 user accounts.
