Can anybody tell me who the Insurance Underwriters (Name & Address) are for Brighthouse (Caversham Finance)?

I have submitted a case to the Financial Ombudsman in relation to Damage Liability Cover but they are asking for the details of Brighthouse (Caversham's) actual insurance underwriters before I can proceed any further. I have phoned Brighthouse who told me to get in touch with Caversham. When I got in touch with them they said that I would have to phone their office in Malta. I told this person that somebody at this office (5 Hercules Way, Leaversham Park, Watford, Herts, WD25 7GS) must know who the underwriter's were but she said that everyone was in meetings and that she would get back to me with an answer. I am still waiting after 2 weeks. I have even tried to get in touch with Vision Capital who own Brighthouse but they are equally non responsive.

They are such an evasive company and getting any:mad information out of them is like getting blood out of a stone.

Can anybody help?

Thanks NeverInDebt but Caversham are just the financing company of Brighthouse, I need Caversham's actual insurance underwriter's.

Say for instance I got a TV from Brighthouse and it got smashed and I had Damage Liability Cover, then Brighthouse would have to claim from their own insurers to cover the damaged TV. It is these details of their insurers that I need.
