Broke the hinge on my laptop....can it be repaired?

My laptop was on the floor and someone stepped on it. One of the plastic hinges seems to have come apart. Is the way I can get this fixed? I'm worried it will cause my laptop to break apart.

I've got / had this problem, I think mine was a poor design.
Asked about and no one knew where to get a new hinge / plastic frame bit

You could contact the laptop company but it will probably be expensive to repair through them.0
