It sounds like the Flash Player plugin has failed. There have been reports of incompatibility issues with Flash and Chrome so if I was you I'd switch to Mozilla Firefox. It is the best browser in my opinion.
  • More than likely it's Flash.

Get the Flash uninstaller to clean out any of the flash files and settings, Google 'Flash uninstaller' and it's the top link (i can't post links due to being a noob!)

Once done, close all brower windows and restart. Then, open your browser and go straight to adobe .com and re-install Flash from scratch. See how it goes then.

Also, go to settings (top right), click "About Google Chrome" then it says 'Checking for updates', if it says update available then install the update.

I believe the update has made flash more stable, plus it's also noticeably quicker too!
