transferring overdraft to %0 credit card

Hello there!
I have an overdraft and a couple of credit cards. it all adds up to about £2500. My partner has offered to take out a 0% credit cards for 15 months in his name for me.can i transfer my balances on his card including my overdraft? is it possible to do that in someone elses credit card?

Its possible to transfer debts from one name to another, he needs to understand he will be legally responsible for the debt should you be unable to pay or refuse to pay.

Plus, please make sure the CC you're applying for has a low interest rate for cash transfers - HBOS for example are at about 30% but Virgin has 4%.0
