Npower problems again
Last year we had a lot of trouble and in the end they discovered our meter was faulty and they were taking the reading the wrong way around, after ages it was sorted out and replaced the meter and for six months they estemated our bill at £100 a month, and then the next 6mths our bill came down to £58 a mth and now we have just recieved our bill for the next 6mths and we are back to paying £100. We stay in a tiny 2 bedroom flat with ecomomy 7 stortage heating and double glazing, does anyone else think we might be over charged again, and what can we do.

You are probably not being overcharged at £1200 for an all electric property.
Learn how to read the meter yourself and double check the bill each time to ensure the meter reader isn't still "reading the wrong way around""Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
