Oven won't get hot - help please

In my case the fan works but just blows cold air. Nothing sparked or set off the circuit breaker. Does that mean the element or the thermostat?0

Could be either and without testing it's difficult to say. You could take a chance and order a new element if it's cheap and try replacing it.
If you have access to a multimeter, you could check the resistance of the element disconnected from the oven. The rating of the oven in kW and use of Ohm's law should give you a rough idea of what the resistance of the element should be.If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!
