Pay Pal Top Up Card - Praise

I know what you thinking...Praise and Pay Pal in the same sentence don't seem right.
Had an email today from Pay Pal, they are changing the Top Up Card T&C's to the consumers benefit. As from 1st August 2010 card holders will automatically be sent a new card upon expiry of current cards at no cost to the card holder. Before this it would have cost £5 to renew the card.
