Orange PAYG - Two debits from bank, only one credit on phone
Comments
-
Orange have asked me to 'prove' i made the first transaction. I have done this by asking my bank to dispute the transaction that was not applied. Orange can either refund the disputed transaction or credit my account with a further £10, either is fine with me.
The second transaction which resulted in a successful credit was not disputed, hence i think it will be difficult for them to have the right to remove said credit. Of course this will not stop them from doing so, if they chose to be difficult, which will ultimately result in another chargeback request from me for the second transaction.
If anyone at Orange or on this website had at any time implied to me that Orange would refund my out of pocket expenses, i may have been prepared to make the outlay. However, all i got from Orange was these are our rules, if you don't like them, tough. This is not the first time they have been this unhelpful and to be quite frank, i don't need to be dealing with companies who behave in this manner towards their customers.
Why you are getting so upset about it and making accusations, is beyond me. I don't have a printer and my orange store isn't easy for me to get to, what's wrong with that?
If i were being rude to you, believe me, you'd know about it
