    i love lists too.

At work i use a fab book called 'things to do today' which i just get from the stationary cupboard but i find it really helpful for days when i'm in the office. at the start of each day i carry over the previous day's stuff still to do and add to it...and it has space for other notes on the back of each page.
a bit like this i think

at home i tend to use flylady on here to keep my daily / usually weekend lists on, though if i had kids i think i'd use the work style system.

does anyone else write stuff they've already done on the list just for the satidfaction of crossing it off? ;)

My "To Do" list resides on my PDA; I have one-offs, which just get deleted when done, weekly recurring things like change the bed (yes, I'd forget to do it:eek:   ) and even long-term recurring, like renew mobility scooter insurance - in two and a half years' time!

I can assign a priority number from 1 to 5 and I'm afraid that often the priority 4 or 5 things end up getting a later target date assigned (things like "make candles" or "repair anklet".)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
