2011 to 2013 sounds right to me, thats 3 years isn't it? 2010 to 2011 isn't included you haven't been charged for it.
Also do have a Google for other companies who provide warranty cover, sometimes for the same price you can cover a number of white goods, as long as they are not too old.0 -
sorry may be l am thick or something but 05/05/2011 to 05/05/2013
sounds like 2yrs to me !0 -
But you have the warranty running from now.0

These warranties always seem, to run from the date of purchase so in effect you get your years manufacturers warranty then a further two years of the stores warranty.
They are a total waste of time and are pushed by the salesman because they get a nice bonus on sales."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."
Bertrand Russell. British author, mathematician, & philosopher (1872 - 1970)0 -
If it was an "additional" 3 year warranty, i would say that the manfacturers warranty would not be included in this.
As it was advertised as a "optional 3 year warranty" i would assume that you would be covered for only 3 years, whether this was by the manufacturer or the retailer.
In essence, i think that the money you paid was for an additional 2 years, but 3 years in total.0
