We just chuck the dregs out the back door so not an issue. And the occassion that we use the full size bowl is daily! Large frying pans or skillets or just generally large amounts of washing up even though we do have a dishwasher. My mum has 1 1/12 bowls and absolutely hates it and can't wait until they move as she'll be buying the same sink as we have! I do a lot of home cooking and baking and a lot of my utensils I don't like to go into the dishwasher so the bigger sink is invaluable.

Thank you for all of your pictures - I am inspired even more to have a black sink now with our posh tap! I am really pleased to hear that even in a hard water area people do not have problems with marks!

Don't know why you posted on this old thread?

I would be interested to hear which sink chivers1977 chose and a photo would be nice!

If one were to follow this logic to its ultimate conclusion, we'd still be living in caves.
