Edf incorrect billing
I have been incorrectly charged for my DAY and NIGHT RATE - Being charged the wrong way round since AUG 08...!
Executive Liaison have not resolved this.
Energy Ombudsman cannot comment on a 'Suppliers Billing System'
Vincent DE_Revaz has not resolved this.....!
WHAT DO I DO....???
I am thinking about paying £85 and going to a small claims court.
My bill is now £1700 which is incorrect, the rates need to be reversed which they still havent been.
I want to be rid of EDF and I want my bill wiped clean for the amount of hours I have spent in trying to resolve this.

This has been covered many times - recently here:

The bottom line is that you pay for what you use. Don't forget that reversing cheap and day rates can work both ways - some people have been overcharged(those who use a lot of cheap rate) and others undercharged. If you had been overcharged, I suspect you wouldn't be happy to write off any rebate you were due.
The other salient point is that you yourself should check every bill and notify EDF of the error(in writing).
P.S.
