For some reason my iPad says it's connected to my wifi but the little signal symbol has stopped showing, I've got the 3G one instead. I've gone In to the network settings but the ip address etc are different to those on my iPhone that runs on the same wifi. This has happened all day.
Any help appreciated

What sort of router do you have and is it and 802.11n or 802.11g? How far are you from the router? Do you have an iPhone connected to the network?
If you do have an iPhone turn the wifi off on that and see if it works. One thing that can happen is the iPhone which runs 802.11g and the iPad 802.11n, you get much better range on 802.11n, however, you can only have one at a time. If the iPhone is on it may be knocking the router down to 802.11g so you are not getting the range of the 802.11n.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
