Has anyone heard of this GHD website?

One of my friends (yes really!) bought a set of GHD's from this website last week http://ghdclass.com/

They haven't arrived and she has now spotted a unauthorised small transaction on her bank statement.

As there have been so many GHD scams in the past I'm a bit suspicious that she's been conned.

Has anyone heard of/used this site before?

Just been reading the terms and conditions on the website - English is not good, looks like they will be fake if they turn up.......

GHD have a website checker which tells you if the website is an authorised reseller or not. The one you mentioned isn't.

Sadly when it comes to GHDs, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is! Those prices are amazingly cheap, even for the very latest models, over 40% off RRP.

Tell your friend to notify her bank because the "tester" transaction is probably in preparation for a major hit on the account.

Indeed. Complete gibberish for their contact details, fake email and phone number. Same person also owns: hairghds.com

Google maps shows their address as belonging to a UPS store in Florida?

The bottom of their website has a link to: http://www.51.la/?3646994 which is in Chinese (some kind of tracker /analytics??)

Their webpage also says: "The UK Official ghd ™ Retailer" which they clearly are not so report them to GHD as well.

hi there,stay well away, yer i ve been done by them.so thought it a genuine ghd site,paid waited then a letter from the uk border agency saying they were detaining my fake ghds!!!!! how stupid do i feel, think it was the price of them that drew me in..... never again, so pleased be warned.
