The only instance where we found it to happen was when a twitter name was manually typed in, rather than selecting from the drop down box of the people you are following. You can only pass the ball (or be passed a ball) if you appear in the drop down box.[/FONT]

mine are all selected by typing first letter or two uintil name comes up in the drop down box and i click on that.0

Ditto. I've just asked the dozen or so MSers on FB if they are interested too. may even get some non MSErs wanting a new telly there...doesn't matter really as long as we get the bodies does it ?

I think that when you follow someone new and pass them the ball too fast before twitter refreshes that maybe what causes the hanging?
