I have started a ball off and passed it to you. Now you need to login to Twitter and on the right hand side, click on your page where it says @toejumper41. You will see a message about the ball with a URL at the end of it. Click on this URL and it opens a web page, where you enter the Twitter name of the person that you want to pass it to, (don't include the @) but you can only pass it to someone that you are following, so pick one (or all of the other MSER's on this list and first follow them on Twitter, then you can pass the ball to them. For today, it won't matter who you pass to, but for tomorrow, only pass to someone that you know will be online and able to pass it on again within two hours. It may be worth you following all the people on the list later tonight, so you are ready for tomorrow.

yep done the practice run all went through ok, do i have to pick a time to pass on the ball

you can do it anytime within two hours, but obviously, tomorrow, if we can do it as quickly as possible, the more likely we are to get a good long chain.

but during the week i will be at work so will need a time to pass on when im at home, dont want to miss my 2 hour slot and mess up

We're going to have a serious attempt at it tomorrow. I think it will be manic with loads of balls flying about. You will probably be able to check this thread tomorrow and you will see lots of people saying "who wants me to pass them a ball?" and you can post to say "me please" when you know you have say half an hour to pass it on. You in turn then can post to say "I now have the ball. Who would like me to pass it on to them?" You can have any number of balls passed to you, if they are in different chains, but you can only be in any particular chain once.
