Best way to stream mac to PS3

Hello, If any one has any knowledge with these could you offer your expertise please..?

I want to stream content from my upstairs mac to my PS3 downstairs. I have head of:

Eye Connect.
Plex.
MediaLink.

Which would one recommend? Easy to connect? Use? etc...
