Renewing Kaspersky

Last June I purchased Kaspersky 2009 disk from Amazon (3 users), which expires soon. I want to just buy the 2010 disk from Amazon, but does this mean I will have to delete the 2009 version before installing the 2010? Last year I had to completely delete McAfee before installing Kaspersky, so do I have to do the same again?

I have just updated from version 2009 and 2010 that I get "free" as part of my bank online banking service.
Yes, you need to uninstall 2009 before installing 2010.0
