Whats so shameful that he goes to work - allbeit, in a job you don't feel is very good, instead of claiming lots of benefit? This topic is about his disgusting attitude not how low people who work outbound are. Must be nice to be in a perfect job ;)
I would rather he claimed benefit. His job is about as social as paying someone NMW to stand outside people's windows at 2 am blowing a trumpet. I'm not making the point that everyone who does the work is disgusting, but I am making the point that because of the nature of the work, it will be people with more and more disgusting attitudes who take the job. Expect more of this king of thing.

t is an offence to use obusive language, you may feel threatened by the experience. I am sure they can trace the caller if so inclined, then the call centre, who shopuld have recordings of all calls.

Actually if the person was threatened by it then it is a legitimate offence, not entirely sure who made you leader and fit to choose what others should or should not do...?

It's appalling behaviour, but I do think it's unlikely you'll get anywhere with a complaint, so for the sake of your own sanity it may be best to walk away!

Agree with that as it's a salesperson but there's no problem with me using abusive language to a DCA who has called me though is there?

Yes DGJsaver, they probably do have more pressing issues, but that doesnt take away the fact that someone used offencive language and thats an offence.

I thought this site was for offering good advice to someone in need.

Buying quality goods which last, should be an investment that saves money. :T
Buying cheap products which fail, wastes money and costs twice as much in the long run.
