Whats so shameful that he goes to work - allbeit, in a job you don't feel is very good, instead of claiming lots of benefit? t is an offence to use obusive language, you may feel threatened by the experience. I am sure they can trace the caller if so inclined, then the call centre, who shopuld have recordings of all calls.

Actually if the person was threatened by it then it is a legitimate offence, not entirely sure who made you leader and fit to choose what others should or should not do...?
It's appalling behaviour, but I do think it's unlikely you'll get anywhere with a complaint, so for the sake of your own sanity it may be best to walk away!On the up

Yes DGJsaver, they probably do have more pressing issues, but that doesnt take away the fact that someone used offencive language and thats an offence.
I thought this site was for offering good advice to someone in need.
Obviously not every MSE member has those sympathetic traits.:cool:
