London Underground/Tube Fares. (+Do they still do 3-day Travelcards?)

Hello everyone,
Not sure if anyone here will know but this is the best place i thought to ask
Im travelling down to London next Sunday to stay for 3days, i will need a ticket/travelcard for the tube. For the first 2 days i need zones 1-3, and for the third day i need 6 zones covered to get to Heathrow Airport.
What would be the best/cheapest option of travelcard for this?
Do they still sell 3-day travelcards? I cannot seem to find any information on the prices for a 3-day travelcard
Would anyone have any info on this?
Thanks very much.

I'd suggest looking at getting an Oyster Card - it's far cheaper than paying cash.0 -
Oystercard doesn't allow you to travel, it's what's on the Travelcard - PAYG or Travelcard that allows you to travel so talking about getting an Oystercard is nonsensical.p00hsticks wrote: »I'd suggest looking at getting an Oyster Card - it's far cheaper than paying cash.
And whilst an Oystercard (PAYG or Travelcard) is cheaper than cash, PAYG may not be cheaper than Travelcard as the cap on daily spend is the same as the equivalent 1 day Travelcard. And once you are in London more than 4 consecutive days a Travelcard is going to be cheaper for virtually everybody.
BUT Oystercards of any variety don't allow you to use the 2-4-1 offers on daysoutguide.com, for that you need either a train ticket valid on the day or a Travelcard bought at a London National Rail booking office (ie the ones in the main station not in the Tube station underneath).0
