British Gas

Had a meter fitted. It's taking 90% of what we top up for debt... so in 4 days we have topped up £26 and we've been given £2.60. The warrent officer took £10 off us to put onto our account, by the sound of things he wasn't allowed to take cash and he's stolen our £10 which we're now also paying back.

Also we were assured that we will be paying back £6 a week when its actually £26 a week. So now we have no money on the account, no way of washing my clothes for work tomorrow and no means of cooking. Not happy!

Waiting for manager to phone back within 4 hours. Doubt that will happen.
