Barclays - Direct Debits & Online Banking

Hi Folks

Hope you are well and having a nice Bank Holiday so far!

I have recently opened a Barclays Cash Card Account and have so far received my Connect Card, PIN Number and Membership for Online Banking and using at the moment an old NatWest Card Reader until my Barclays PINsentry one arrives.

I can see that I can Made/Amend or Delete Payee's using Online Banking but so far cannot seem to find any mention of Direct Debits?

I have only just given the details to the companies which will be taking the Direct Debits, so don't know if an option will not appear until at least one of these Direct Debits are active BUT can you see Direct Debits with Barclays Online Banking and also cancel them as required?

I am now using the PINsentry routine for logging-in instead of the Memorable Word if that makes any difference at all.

I use Barclays online and can see my DD's SO's etc by clicking on "Change Payments" under "I want to" on the RH side of the page.

You can delete any payment as required.

Doh! How Thick - You click on "Change Payments" and under "What kind of information do you want to see?" you get Direct Debits...

Silly me!
