I am looking for a guideline price for the following:
Plumbing
- Replacing Old Bath, WC and Basin with new, but Bath to a Shower Bath
- Minimum pipework alterations to this will be needed
- Add isolation valves to Basin and toilet
Electrical
- Remove electric Shower(going to have a bathtap shower)
- Remove a wall light fitting above mirror
How much would moving the bath and toilet around to different walls to where they are at the moment?
Thanks
R
Edit:
Time wise would the following be along the right lines:
Day 1: Remove tiles and basin
Day 2: Remove toilet and Bath
Fit new ShowerBath
Tile behind where toilet and basin
Tile flooring
Day 3: Grout flooring and wall where tiled
Fit Toilet
Fit Basin
Remove electric shower

I had a similar job done last year, Rider. The trademan charged me £1800, of which £800 was the materials (minus his trade discount) and that included the skip, tiling all round (my tiles) complete shower set up, toilet and hand basin. I figured he made £800 for the weeks work.
In Norfolk.
Edit...he also removed bath and old units and the old tiles, and lev elled off.0 -
Bump.
Anyone else with any ideas/advice?
Thanks
