    You just need to write to them saying you no longer want to claim the benefit and they will stop it.

    If you are returning to work or going on to another benefit and want paid up to the day before the change make sure that you get a final line from the doctor. Otherwise they can only pay you up to the day when your medical evidence expires.

    well my sick note expires the 12th june and my new job is the 14th june

    For the sake of one day then - if its not an imposition to get the medical evidence for the one day I would do it - if it is a pain then I would just get the claim closed from and including the 13th.
