Replacing Flat roof on loft conversion

I was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea as to what sort of money I'd be looking at to repair/replace the flat roof on the dormer in my loft conversion.
The existing one is about 13 years old and I'm sure it must be worn as we have a few damp patches now appearing along the corners in the ceiling and also one in the middle of the dormer ceiling.
I know no-one could give me an exact figure, but I just want to get some sort of ball park figure, i.e. is it likely to be a few hundred quid, or more likely to go into £1000+.
It's not a huge dormer - and it's on a 2 bed mid terrace house.
Regards
Sue
