Archers Direct/Cosmostourama feedback?

Has anyone does the "Alaska and the Yukon" tour with Archers Direct/Cosmostourama? If so any feedback - good, bad and ugly, gratefully received.

Never done that particular tour, but I have been with Archers and Cosmos (sister company) on several different holidays, and found them very good. Excellent value for money and well organised. I went on a particular holiday where lots of people were with Hayes and Jarvis, and 6 of us were with archers. We had paid quite a bit less, but all had same accomodation, meals & tours.

We've also done Archers before, and were very impressed. But was wondering if anyone had done this particular tour, thanks anyway, good to know the service we received from them wasn't the exception to the rule.
