Cheapest place to get married abroad??

I got married in Rhodes because it worked out cheaper for the family and friends travelling there. Initially I wanted to get married in Sorrento but it was too expensive for our guests. We chose there as there was hotels, self-catering and apartments etc that met everyones budget.

We also got married in May which kept the costs down too for us and our guests because it wasn't high season. It was a brilliant day and everyone had a ball.

I did go through a travel agent and they sorted the wedding planner etc however I wasn't keen on the venues for the meal after the ceremony so I just went to various restaurants explained that we were getting married and were looking to have a meal for 40 people. It was an excellent way to get free drinks
