wont let me remove files ?

Hi i wonder if anyone can help me
i am the admin on my pc but when i wont to remove some files like i have put on there it comes up with you need premission to remove this file :think: when im the admin as thi is my pc and i have been trying to get that avg all out my pc and it still there ? dont know if it runs still i have tryed every thing people have said doing

i have got files i dont use no more and i just wont to remove all them Like i down loaded driver detective and decided i didnt want it but there is still files in me pc that wont let me remove them !!!!!!

Try being in safe mode and then removing them.

The Sysinternals ARE free, at least the last time I checked.

I have had good results with deleting undeletable files and/or folders with Unlocker (but curiously not the portable version)... Check that the writeup matches what you're experiencing. But even if it doesn't it's worth a try. Beware that it can sit there for a long time, appearing to be doing nothing.
