I'm guessing you mean the @ key - it should be in the usual place, just above & to the left of the 'Enter/Return' key. You access it by holding down the 'Shift' key, just below the 'Enter/return key, whilst pressing the @ key. If it comes out as an " then you need to check the language/region settings for your PC - they're set to U.S.
