Loads of information on this site, very good symptom lists, also has quite a lot about the current controversies around the condition, view or lack of view of medical profession, common mistreatment (abuse) of M.E. patients by doctors (many but not all doctors) etc.

I can really recommend this one:

    http://www.cfsrecovery.com/default.asp

In 20 yrs of the condition and having tried most things going, this one has really really helped.
And compared to so many things, it is very affordable (with a 6 month money back guarantee), so very MSE :D. The chap who has put it together, Ashok Gupta, a former ME sufferer, is totally genuine.
A friend and I started it at the same time and her life/health has been transformed over the last year.

Worth a look. But I am only drawing it to your attention so you can explore his ideas if you want to. Not intending to try and 'convince' anyone to do it: I know how much I have hated that in the past for myself.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Or Tymes Trust - https://www.tymestrust.org/ - which has just won the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service for pursuing the educational rights and advancing the care of children with ME. Their publications are well worth looking through and some are useful for adults as well as young people.
