Aviva 'MyPolicy': Registration does not work!

Hi all,
Has anyone else experienced problems trying to register on the MyPolicy section of the Aviva website?
http://www.aviva.co.uk/existing-customers/mypolicy/
I'm bothered as being a moneysaver, I opted not to pay for paper document delivery and just print them out from their site. However, as I can't get register, I'm between a rock and a hard price.
When I enter my details in Internet Explorer, after clicking next, I get 'the webpage can't be displayed'. In Firefox it finds my policy but then after completing security questions, it fails after clicking next.
I've tried ringing them up but all the guy did was resend me the email inviting me to re-register. To me, it seems like the system is completely down at Aviva and has been since I bought my policy over two weeks ago!
Any ideas/thoughts/phone numbers with an Englishman at the end?
Let's hope I never have to claim if the service is like this to new customers... *touches wood*

Did you go on the "already registered" or "register now" option. Either way, try the other one.....In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0

Yes I've had problems too. My policy began on 1st May and i kept trying to register but was getting the same message you are. I gave up in the end.0

Yeah tried both ways. I tried registering after purchasing the policy and it went wrong then! Glad to hear I am not alone though. I wonder when Aviva realise there haven't been any new registrations for a month!0

I took out a policy on Sat morning, hoping to print cert of insurance as the car needs tax and havent been able to register at all. Not sure what happens now, have emailed them but no reply as yet.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I too had this problem, if you call them they will send out the docs by post free of charge.
It's a known problem to Aviva0 -
Finally sorted it out, we've been without car tax all this week because Aviva said they would send docs but didnt. Called today, basically you have to delete your cookies, close all web pages then go back and try again. Once I was registered and logged in I then kept getting page errors but finally was able to print docs 30 mins before the post office closes. Pretty rubbish service for an online company.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
