Complaing about a solicitor

Also to add you do not know your neighbours intention. Maybe they were advised from day 1 that it was a relevant simple document and you would win and simply employed a solicitor to make it as difficult and time consuming as possible in the hope you gave up.
Regardless you have absolutly no complaint at all either to a regulatory or legislative body as nothing illegal or contrary to practice guidelines has occurred. If you think he has conned your neighbour and feel strongly enough about it then inform the neighbour who can opt to complain if they so wish.0
